How To Book An Appointment

You can arrange to see a Male or Female therapist and we offer extensive times for you to choose from.
To book an appointment or speak to a clinician, please follow one of the options below
On The Day Of Your Appointment
You will be asked to complete a registration form prior to your first visit. This will include personal details like your address and date of birth as well as information about your preferred method of payment, or insurance membership details. This is sent to you via email at the time of booking (please check your junk mail as often this email ends up in here). If you forget to complete this please arrive 10 minutes early to complete in the clinic prior to your session.
Initial consultations last between 45-60 minutes; this session includes history taking, examination, treatment and advice. You will receive a written plan of action detailing the diagnosis, prognosis, our agreed goals, the treatments you need, the number of sessions and over what time period.
You are advised to wear loose fitting clothing; a pair of shorts is often the best option. If you have a lower limb sports injury please bring your trainers as you may be required to walk or run as part of your assessment.
You are welcome to bring a friend or relative along to your session.
Subsequent sessions are 30 minutes in duration and normally include hands on therapy, specific exercise drills, advice and explanations.
Sports & Spinal Physio – Medical Insurance
Appointments can be made without a referral, however if you wish to use your medical insurance you will need to gain authorisation from them first. We are registered with some of the major insurance providers and can bill them directly. Others may require you to pay and claim back.
Securing Your Booking
For some appointments it may be necessary for you to provide us with payment details upfront to secure the appointment. You may need to provide these when you book online or be contacted by a member of our administration team after you have made your booking.
Appointment Cancellation
We operate an industry standard cancellation policy. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged in full. Unfortunately we cannot charge your insurer for this and as such you will be invoiced for the cost. In the event you cancel late or forget your appointment we will endeavour to rebook your appointment within 24 hours to avoid the charge.
